Wix has a relatively simple refund policy, but the exact terms depend on which service you purchase. Before upgrading, it’s worth understanding these conditions so you know what happens if you later decide to cancel.
Premium and Studio plans: New Premium and Studio site plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within the first 14 days of the initial purchase, you can receive a full refund. The guarantee does not normally apply to renewals or upgrades.
